Arrow Rush (“the game”) is developed and published by NewAgeDevs (“we”, “us”). By downloading, installing or playing the game you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install the game, or uninstall it.
These terms work alongside our privacy policy, which explains what information the game handles.
Your licence to use the game
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play Arrow Rush on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.
The game is licensed to you, not sold. We and our licensors retain all rights, title and interest in the game, including its code, artwork, audio, level designs, name and logo. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any of it to you.
What you may not do
You may not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the game, or attempt to derive its source code, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction
- Copy, redistribute, republish, sell, rent, sublicense or lease the game or any part of it
- Modify the game, create derivative works from it, or distribute modified builds
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice
- Use cheats, automation, memory editors or modified clients to manipulate scores, progress or leaderboards
- Interfere with the advertising the game displays, or with the servers of any third-party service it uses
Free to play, and how ads work
The game is free. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions and no currency you can buy with real money. Nothing in the game costs money at any point.
The game is funded by advertising. Two kinds appear:
- Interstitial ads shown between levels, subject to the frequency limits built into the game.
- Rewarded ads that you choose to watch in exchange for an in-game benefit: an extra hint, reviving after a failed level, or one more attempt at the daily challenge. These are always optional. Declining them leaves the whole game playable, and when ads are unavailable the game grants those benefits anyway rather than blocking you.
Rewards are in-game only. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred, and we may change how they are earned or what they grant in any future version.
We do not control the content of the ads themselves — they are supplied by AppLovin MAX and the networks it mediates. If an ad is inappropriate or misleading, report it to us at the address below and we will pass it on, but we are not responsible for the advertisers’ content or for anything you buy from them.
Your game progress
All of your progress — levels, stars, points, streaks, best scores and settings — is stored only on your device. There is no cloud backup and no account.
This means uninstalling the game, clearing its data, resetting your device or a device failure will permanently delete your progress. We cannot see it, recover it or restore it. Please keep this in mind before uninstalling.
Google Play Games Services
Signing in to Google Play Games is optional and is governed by Google’s own terms and privacy policy. If you sign in, your scores are submitted to public leaderboards.
We may remove leaderboard entries, or exclude an account from leaderboards, where a score appears to have been obtained through cheating or manipulation. Declining sign-in leaves the entire game playable apart from leaderboards and achievements.
Children
Arrow Rush is not directed at children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the game with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these terms on your behalf.
Updates and availability
We may update, change or discontinue the game, any of its features, or the services it connects to, at any time and without notice. We do not promise that the game will always be available, that any specific feature will be kept, or that it will run on every device or every version of Android or iOS.
Disclaimer of warranties
The game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of defects, or that any defect will be corrected.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, progress, profits or goodwill, arising out of or connected with your use of the game — including lost game progress, unavailability of the game, or anything relating to advertisements shown in it.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability to you for all claims relating to the game is limited to the amount you paid us for it, which for a free game is zero.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you. If you are a consumer, you keep all statutory consumer rights that the law of your country gives you, and nothing here overrides them.
Termination
This licence ends automatically if you breach these terms. You may end it at any time by uninstalling the game. The sections on ownership, warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law survive termination.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms when the game changes. The revised version will be posted at this URL with an updated “Last updated” date, and continuing to play after that means you accept it. If you do not accept a change, uninstall the game.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
App store terms
The game is distributed through Google Play, and your use is also subject to that store’s terms. Google is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support for the game; any support question goes to the address below.
